We look forward to welcoming you to Staithes View. To book – select your preferred dates using the reservation form - the red button below takes you there Your bookings become effective when confirmed by us via e-mail. We ask for the full balance of the holiday upon booking. We will refund your payment in full if you cancel for any reason any time up to 14 days before the start of your holiday. Properties aavailable for occupation from 3pm on the first day of your holiday and must be vacated by 1000 on the final day. The maximum number of guests permitted at Staithes View is four unless otherwise agreed. You must not not sublet the property. Pets are very welcome at Staithes View, however they must be kept on a lead at all time in the vicinity of the property. Should you wish to change the agreed and paid for dates of your holiday we will make every effort to accommodate you.
